The Ofqual-regulated undergraduate program is a Top-Up degree from the European Business University of Luxembourg that is equivalent to the final year of an undergraduate degree. The goal of this level is for students to learn and gain advanced knowledge of the chosen subject through a variety of modules that will be included in the course as it’s design is give the student more self confidence to lead a team, deal with complicated circumstances, and effectively communicate through written reports and presentations by giving you the chance to collaborate, analyze, and debate issues in Business Management related subjects such as finance, marketing and networking, as the units will provide an understanding of the topics covered in the Business environment such as Managing Stakeholder Engagement, Corporate Communication Strategies and Leadership skills as examples giving them a taste of what is to come from a professional aspect.

For this specific level, there will be several mandatory units which will need to be passed in order to gain full qualification and the total amount of hours in terms of TQT (Total Qualification Time) and GLH (Guided Learning Hours) for the course. Below, a brief explanation will be broken down:
- Total amount of credits: 120
- Total amount of TQT: 1200 hours
- Total amount of GLH: 480 hours
- Mandatory units: 6
Because all diploma programs are controlled and certified by Ofqual, students must complete and submit all assignments through Plagscan before submitting them through the portal. The governing board of this subject will analyze and verify all the units inside the module aspect depending on the achievements of units passed and specific outcomes that may increase the knowledge learnt. For example, to receive third class honours (3rd) for the final year, a student must demonstrate a basic understanding of the subject and what has been taught in terms of demonstrations in either practical or written work that will be requested in the assignment criterias until either the lecturer’s demands or the student’s willingness to upgrade the grade to second-class honours, lower division (2:2) are met. After the evaluation is completed, feedback will be sent as soon as possible if the work is submitted before the deadline, since the notes included in the feedback will aid in the improvement of the process.
